Electrostatic spraying is an indispensable link in the production process of tile display racks. After the tile display stand is welded and formed, it needs to be electrostatically sprayed on the surface of the showroom stand to form a layer of baking paint, which has strong adhesion and prevents the display stand from being corroded and rusted when exposed to the air. The cost of the electrostatic spraying process will also directly affect the cost of the tile display stand, which in turn affects the price.

The spray treatment has a great influence on the overall image and service life of the decorative tile display stand. We call this electrostatic powder coating. In the process of processing, the electrostatic generator is mainly used to energize the plastic powder, so that the plastic powder is adsorbed on the surface of the iron plate, and then baked at 180℃-220℃, so that the plastic powder is melted and adhered to the metal surface. (1) Need to add powder recovery system. If the powder recovery system is not equipped, the increased spraying amount will seriously pollute the workshop and cause serious waste of powder.


(2) Improve the performance of the recovery system. If a poorly performing recycling system is used, its performance will continue to degrade over long periods of use. After long-term use, it will no longer function as a recycling system.


(3) If the production scale of tile display racks is expanded, new workstations need to be added to improve spraying and production capacity. In view of this situation, many equipment manufacturers can provide a complete set of pulse backflush powder recovery systems of different specifications. The parameter selection of the recovery system mainly depends on the size and shape of the spray chamber, which depends on the size of the spray material.
